Laboratory of bioinspired & biosourced soft materials

AdibLab is a multidisciplinary team of scientists at Dalhousie University working at the interface of medical sciences, chemistry, and engineering to solve long-standing and emerging healthcare and technological challenges. Our research spans the entire spectrum of biomaterial development, from intermolecular and nano-scale characterization of soft materials to macro-scale performance analysis and in vitro and in vivo efficacy testing. Located in the heart of downtown Halifax, our laboratory collaborates closely with hospitals and industrial partners to translate laboratory innovations into real-world healthcare products.
